The National Center for Safety Initiatives (NCSI) is the leader in youth-centered background screening solutions, providing the “Gold Standard” in protection for organizations across the country.

East Lincoln Opimist Club is happy to partner with The National Center for Safety Initiatives (NCSI), through Sportsengine, Inc., to provide our background screenings for all volunteers.  Your screening is good for two (2) years and can be used for all sports at ELOC.  Your league age coordinator will inform you if you are in need of a current background screening.  If you need to complete your screening, please visit the following website:
